Kobi Bush Camp

Welcome to our sustainable, mobile eco-camp set on six acres of unfenced bush next to the Talek River. The camp lies within a wildlife corridor connecting the Naboisho, Ol Kinyei and Ripoi Conservancies, offering an authentic affordable experience surrounded by nature.

Our unique camp is completely temporary. It is carefully set up before your arrival and packed down after your departure, leaving the landscape exactly as we found it with no permanent footprint.

The camp accommodates up to eight guests in four spacious 3 m × 3 m dome tents. Each tent is furnished with two comfortable camp beds, bedding, and a private bathroom with a short-drop compost toilet and a 20-litre bucket shower. The camp also features a communal dining shade, a campfire area, and a raised viewing platform where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the bush.

As the camp is unfenced and wildlife moves freely through the area, our experienced crew and guides are always available to assist you and accompany you around the camp whenever needed.

Complimentary tea, coffee and drinking water are available throughout your stay in the dining area. A small honesty bar is also available, allowing you to enjoy drinks during your stay and settle your tab on your final evening.

A central solar-powered charging station is provided for small electronic devices such as phones, cameras and camera batteries. It cannot support high-power appliances such as hair dryers. 

Water is a precious resource in this semi-arid environment. Each tent has a 20-litre bucket shower, which can be filled with hot water between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm on request. We encourage guests to use water thoughtfully so we can continue operating sustainably in this remarkable landscape.

Kobi Bush Camp is available for booking for a minimum of 2 nights and with a minimum of two guests: 

US$ 80 per person per night 16th September to  14th July.

US$ 100 per person per night 15th July to 15th September.
